Deportation / Immigration Advice / Citizenship Application

Deportation Liability Notice

People may become liable for deportation even after they have obtained residence visa of New Zealand. A common example is someone who has a drink driving conviction and applies for Permanent Residence Visa. During the Permanent Residence Visa process, Immigration New Zealand discovers the conviction from New Zealand Police and considers this person liable for deportation. This person may risk of having his/her residence visa revoked and deported from New Zealand. A situation like the above must be handled extremely carefully. Many other real-life situations may trigger someone to become liable for deportation. Expert advice is strongly recommended.

Citizenship Application

We assist people with their New Zealand citizenship applications. There could also be situations when someone does not meet the citizenship requirements. This does not necessarily mean that the person cannot become a New Zealand citizen. There is still an avenue to put the application in front of the Minister of Internal Affairs. However, the applicant must justify that there are exceptional circumstances.
